The main organ involved in detoxification is the liver.
We should provide the diet that support and protects the liver from detoxification.Elimination of all the unwanted toxic substances should be primarily leave the body from body of water and stools. It should be especially when one is taking the diet for detoxification. The liver requires certain nutrients to produce the enzymes and antioxidants that are requisite for detoxification. Along with the detoxification, there should be increase in bile. It carries fat stem toxins.
The toxins should be completely removed and if not removed completely many health problems can be started with such as indigestion, constipation and many more Indigestion also takes place after 1-2 hours of eating. The diet that can help should have multivitamins, choline and methionine, vitamin C, proteins. Vitamin C is an antioxidant that is very supportive to detox.
The detox diet helps in removing the detox material and only keeps the material that is good for health. Due to this all the bad and unintelligent stuff that is usable inside the body is flushed off and it helps our body to remain healthy. If proper care is not taken at the rite time, it can even harm our body.
