Living life everyday to your fullest abilities is not bad. However, take time to pamper yourself too. Pampering oneself is an individualized and personalized method. One’s way of pampering may not be called pampering for another. Here are some small suggestions
1.) Take time to doze off. After all, it is during sleeping that your cells regenerate and your energy is boosted. You can take naps at break time too.
2.) Get a massage. You can go to a nearby spa and indulge in your long due body relaxation. Your partner or someone in the family may do this if you’re not in the mood to visit spa houses.
3.) Eat your favorite food. Spoil your cravings once in a while. After all, you deserve it after a day’s hard work.
4.) Watch your favorite movie at home in your favorite pajamas and finger foods beside you.
5.) Go for some walk in the park early in the morning. Feel the light fresh breeze in your face as you walk. Your lungs need it.
6.) Steer away from the computer monitor. Keep your eyes rested.
7.) Drink enough water during the day. It keeps you hydrated and feeling on the go.
8.) Do your favorite hobby—may it be gardening, singing, dancing, cooking or anything that makes you forget the time. That helps ease tension away that was gathered from work.
9.) Take some bubble bath. Take A long indulgent soak in some smell-good suds.
10.) Go to your favorite place as this can give you the sensation of calmness.
11.) Spend time with your family at home. It’s your heaven on earth.
12.) Play your favorite sports. You’ll enjoy the adrenaline rush.
13.) Pray earnestly and thank Him for the blessings. Nothing’s more comforting than time spent with the Lord.
Too much work can be disastrous. Remember to pamper yourself time to time.
